"DO NOT work with Gary Bock!!! I have never experienced such a horrible customer experience in my life, at times it was comical how unprofessional Gary was… on top of that Gary stole money from us. Gary and his team did a nice job in the beginning, to earn the business, but once we were a customer it completely changed, they didn’t seem to care at all. About three months ago we were quoted a price to pay in full the remainder of our auto policy, which we did as directed. A couple days later Gary’s team said they had given us the wrong price and a refund was owed to us, stating at that time it would take a couple weeks to get that put back on the card we used to make the payment. Every few weeks we would reach out requesting an update and for the first month or so Gary or his team would respond with an excuse, seemingly not interested at all in the experience we as a customer were having. After about a month Gary completely stopped responding completely to our emails and requests for updates. Our policy has now ended, we have found another insurance carrier and we are still owed the refund that we were promised 3 months ago. As a customer we paid exactly what we were told to pay by Gary’s team, they admitted they made a mistake and overcharged us, and told us we would get a refund within a timely manner, and then stopped communicating completely and has yet to issue the refund… Interesting that a customer is being punished when they’ve done exactly what they were told to do. Gary’s team is also very sloppy, a couple times throughout the relationship we would ask them to remove a name from the policy or update a vehicle and months later those were still incorrect, and affecting the premiums, even though we were told things were taken care of. The experience working with Gary Bock and his team was incredibly bad to say the least, I often times wondered how he is still employed. I would pay higher premiums with another agent, just to not have to work with Gary again. State Farm rates and coverages are not too bad, but I wouldn’t even consider working with them again because of the experience that Gary provided. I hope this can help someone in the future who is making a decision between working with Gary and another potential agent."

"My experience setting up insurance for an additional home was very positive. Gary was prepared for the appointment with a couple of plans to choose from. "We have had State Farm for several years and they have always done a fine job of taking care of us. From prompt response from the team; and fair rates. We had to make a claim on one of vehicles that was totaled by a deer in 2022 and the claims process was very easy; mostly done through the app, which I liked. We spoke directly to Steve in our last interaction and he was pleasant, efficient and helpful with our personal circumstance."
