"Excellent customer service! Dalia was so helpful and made the changes from a different company so easy for me! Update: I have to revise my review as a couple weeks after we thought everything was settled I was informed that because we had filed one claim on the property in the past 3 years, and the only claim we had ever had on that property in 25 years, underwriting denied to cover our property. I had to scramble to find another insurance company to cover the property. It doesn't take away from Dalia's helpfulness but it was quite stressful for me to have to start over with limited time to find a new agent to cover the property."
