"Well… Dalia would always say she was going to do something and then I never heard back. She said they apparently sent my insurance information to my bank showing I had proof of insurance. My bank contacted me and said they did not get anything. So I contacted Dalia again. Once again said she sent it and then once again got another again saying no proof of insurance, so now they are trying to add it onto my car loan even though I have had insurance!!! Also I got special event insurance added on to my renters insurance supposed to be for one day but it never got taken off so I have been paying on special event for the past two months. I added my husband on my insurance and I got quoted something from Dalia and it was all good. Then I get something in the mail saying my insurance is going to be canceled and they have to make a new policy for us since I added him, which I am not sure why when mine was not up until December but whatever thats fine. But then I have only been trying to contact someone about getting that done for the past month and trying to contact someone is a joke. Dalia used to message me personally on her facebook and now she tells me to keep it through the state farm phone number after I called one day since I could not get her to respond, I have messaged them eight times between today and yesterday trying to get my insurance figured pit as it canceled this morning. I tried calling and they tell me Jordan will have to call back. Nothing but a joke! Good luck getting them to respond to you! I am not sure why they would not want my business and money but I cannot do my own quote and getting them to reply is seriously such a JOKE! When I called about a month ago when I thought I got everything figured it, I told them I was thinking about switching then and they tell me oh I don’t think you want to do that but yet here we are a month later and nothing but problems with state farm in Tama! I hope everyone else gets better business and communication from them than I did! ALSO, I had a rock from a semi cause damage to my brand new 2025 car. A rock from the semi hit the hood and then bounced up and got the windshield, causing it to spiderweb. So I could not drive it as there was damage to both but the windshield was unsafe and in my view to drive. But GUESS WHAT, I had renters on my policy for my car and could have got a car two weeks ago when it happened but just got it two days ago because they have poor communication so I was stuck at home for two weeks without a vehicle to drive. I will find somewhere else to get insurance for two vehicles and renters insurance since they apparently do not want my business, which is fine. Again, I hope this is only the case for me and not for others because it is awful customer service!"

As I read your review I always recommend that you contact our office directly, and not messaging staff via such social media tools as their personal FB or messaging as they may be gone on vacation, or it may be on a weekend, when they aren't able to respond, plus your messages cannot be seen by the entire team for accountability to complete your service needs. As I researched your concern, I do see that our office communicated via our main office text line responding to your seventeen texts since between October 20 - October 22, 2025 with the information you requested including a copy of your declaration pages showing your coverage that is in force. Again, we are sorry that Dalia wasn't able to respond via her personal FB account in a timely manner. She certainly is a very busy staff member serving so many that come to us for great rates and great service. We look forward to helping you with your insurance needs into the future. "My experience setting up insurance for an additional home was very positive. Gary was prepared for the appointment with a couple of plans to choose from. I felt like he was really considering my needs and circumstances to get the right policy options. He never tried to sell me anything - just options to consider. In other words - he was working for me. "We have had State Farm for several years and they have always done a fine job of taking care of us. From prompt response from the team; and fair rates. We had to make a claim on one of vehicles that was totaled by a deer in 2022 and the claims process was very easy; mostly done through the app, which I liked. We spoke directly to Steve in our last interaction and he was pleasant, efficient and helpful with our personal circumstance."
