"Lindsey, I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience with our agency. As you can tell, that is extremely unusual, as we have had over 200 5 Star Google reviews over the past 15 months. I know from speaking with you that you certainly have had a challenging past year or so through the divorce and the separate dog bite litigation. I noticed that from your initial low review that was originally posted you mentioned Steve who is no longer employed with our agency but decided to change that review to not include that. I also noticed in the original post that you mentioned never speaking or communicating with me and changed that post to post this different low review. In the original post you mentioned that I never communicated with you, which is interesting, since I remember and made notes of speaking with you, talking about many things that are going on in your life, where you work in Urbandale, your family, just to name a few. I also have over 20 email exchanges/phone calls that were from either you and/or your boyfriend regarding your account. That being said, I would say that with all the changes of vehicles in/out, adding a youthful driver, removing a spouse and other drivers from your household, to, as you mentioned, adding a new vehicle and more definitely was a number of items to process for State Farm, right as State Farm was going through the largest change in their quoting AND billing systems that I have ever seen. The good news is that it has produced a much nicer, smoother, and often times better savings for current and future insureds. However, unfortunately, at the time you were doing all these changes personally, unfortunately so was State Farms systems, which did result in delays in processing. For that I am sorry. Please know that I have spoken many times with State Farm on your account, to rectify the issues and they have promised that they have done all they can on your account. Again, I wish you and yours all the best and do apologize that your account landed right in the middle of State Farms systems shifts which certainly gave a wrong image of my agency. Again, as you can tell from the numerous 5 Star reviews, it is an unheard-of experience by our numerous satisfied customers."
